This Policy describes how the COMEBACK.UZ app, owned by LEMALA MChJ, collects and uses User data. We respect your privacy and comply with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• Camera. Used exclusively for augmented reality visualization. We do not record, store, or transmit video streams or photos from your camera to our servers.
• Geolocation (GPS). Necessary to determine your location in tourist areas and display relevant historical figures.
• Device Data. Information about the smartphone model and OS version to ensure compatibility with ARCore/ARKit.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

• Providing technical access to augmented reality content;
• Improving app performance and troubleshooting technical issues;
• Ensuring the proper functioning of GPS navigation within the digital attraction.

4. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

LEMALA MChJ does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties.

Payments are processed through third-party payment systems. We do not have access to your bank card information.

5. Data Storage

Geolocation data is processed in real time and is not permanently stored after closing the App session.

6. Your Rights

You can revoke permissions to access the camera or GPS at any time in your smartphone settings. However, this will prevent you from using augmented reality features.
